Important Patient Notice: New System Transition
Beginning Monday, October 5, 2026, Retina Associates of Utah will be transitioning to a new electronic health record and practice management system, Nextech.
To help us update and verify your information, new and existing patients should bring the following to every visit after October 5th:
- A valid photo ID
- Your current insurance card(s)
At your first visit after October 5, our team will review and verify your personal, insurance, and contact information.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our front desk and clinical teams become familiar with the new system. This transition may result in slightly longer check-in, check-out, and visit times, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make the process as smooth as possible.
