Appointments
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. If an emergency arises, please contact our office–you will be given an appointment without delay. You should allow one to two hours for an initial consultation.
Realizing, that your time is valuable, we try to stay on schedule. However, emergencies sometimes arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call us as soon as possible.
In most cases, your eyes will be dilated in order to complete a thorough examination. Because the effects of dilation will last for several hours, you may find it best to have someone drive you to and from the office.
Our goal is to provide you with the best quality and timeliest retina care available. In an effort to expedite the check in process when you visit our clinic, please download and fill out the following forms before coming in for your visit.

Payment policies
We appreciate your cooperation in our efforts to limit health care costs. Please be prepared to pay any unmet deductibles, co-payments, and patient responsibility amounts at the time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard and VISA.
We will submit your claims to your primary insurance carrier. We are Medicare-participating providers and have contracts with most HMO and PPO insurance plans. If we do not participate with your insurance carrier, we require payment on the day of service. We will be glad to answer any billing questions you may have.

Emergency
If you have an urgent problem on nights or weekends, do not hesitate to call. Our phones are answered by a 24-hour answering service. Please give them your name, phone number, and the nature of the emergency, and they will contact one of our doctors (or a covering doctor), who will return your call promptly.
